$150 for the initial visit (if treatment is started)
 $115 for follow-up visits every 4 weeks

If compounded GLP-1 injections are a part of the treatment plan, the prices vary based on dose and are listed as follows:  
Semaglutide/ Cyanocobalamin: $350 to $400 every 4 weeks 
Tirzepatide/ Niacinamide: $400 to $600 every 4 weeks
