Shasta K. Minton, LCMHC About: Hello, I’m honored to partner alongside you as we navigate through life’s rollercoaster and pursue your Best Life. My early professional work was focused on working within family systems. Strengthening relationships with effective communication, developing healthy coping skills and working through past traumas are just a few areas of experience. I tailor my therapeutic approach to what best meets your needs, where you are. My passion is working with high performing athletes and achievers. Recognizing such a competitive environments can breed mental struggles, I educate individuals on somatic techniques that can assist in accelerating their physical performance while also addressing their biggest opponent; their mind. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends. I have been married to by best friend for almost 20 years. We share three amazing children together that keep us busy running between soccer fields and dance competitions.

Sara M. Martin MA, MA, LMFT About:Â Welcome. :) My clients are intelligent, cognitively, somatically, and/or empathic. They care about growth towards greater health and balance, relationally and professionally. From a body felt and practical sense, they would like to feel met, seen and valued, as is true of all of us. I work from a calm, clear, non-judgmental, warm, fun, skilled and compassionate place, who can connect to what is being shared. I am in my mid 50's. I personally know multiple forms of trauma and have found greater health and healing through each of their unique and similar forms. I focus where you are. I help create intentions that are mutually agreeable. I offer a choice on how we go about reaching intentions. I keep things present tense, while also creating the safety to touch into and integrate the deepest of traumatic material, somatically, cognitively, and relationally. I help you feel more at ease in the mind and body. I have the intention to see you...to hear you...to meet you right where you are. I would be honored to help you find greater health, peace, love, and light of your soul. I look to supporting you in your transformation to a place that is just where YOU want to be!
